The paper outlines the fundamentals of the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment policy in intermittent vesicoureteral reflux in children. Using her clinical findings and long-term treatment results, the author justifies the use of an array of diagnostic methods and defines indications for the use of a number of treatment procedures for this pathological condition.
