Abstract

The paper gives data on the specific features of the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of idiopathic male infertility. Improved clinical, andrological, and genetic examination schemes using current reproductive technologies play a leading role in defining management and treatment tactics for patients with reproductive dysfunction.
