Abstract
Full discrepancy of HLA-genotypes favorably for pregnancy development. The married couples having general alleles system HLA of a class II, have a risk miscarriage pregnancy, possibly, connected with absence of the blocking antibodies formed in the beginning of pregnancy to fatherly antigens HLA.
