Abstract

Pregnancy in women with chronic renal failure (persistent decline in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) below 60 ml / min) is associated with an increased incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications. The article provides a description of concepts CKD and ESRD, data on the nature and frequency of pregnancy complications in chronic renal failure, the prevention of preeclampsia in pregnant women with renal insufficiency with heparin, antiplatelet drugs and progestins.
