Abstract
Sotret (isotretinoin) is an effective medication for systemic therapy of acne, which acts on the basic components of the pathogenesis of the disease: sebum production, comedogenesis, and P. acnes colonization. The drug is recommended in cases of moderate-to-severe acne, high scarring, and ineffective traditional treatments.
