Аннотация
Показатели жесткости стенки артерий важный фактор, отражающий риск развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, в том числе артериальной гипертензии (АГ), и их прогноз. Влияние современных групп антигипертензивных лекарственных средств на показатели жесткости артериальной стенки важно учитывать, поскольку оно потенциально связано со снижением риска развития кардиоваскулярных осложнений и улучшением прогноза у больных АГ.
