Abstract

The paper gives the results of randomized controlled trials of the hypolipidemic efficiency and safety of therapy with rosuvastatin, its efficacy in the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases and those of Russian trials evaluating the therapeutic equivalence of Mertenil (Gedeon Richter, Hungary) to original rosuvastatin.
