Abstract

The quantitative composition of white blood cells, their functional activity, the populations and subpopulations of peripheral blood lymphocytes, apoptosis of the latter when stained with fluorochrome-conjugated annexin V and 7-aminoactinomycin D by flow cytometry were studied in 53 patients with chronic renal failure who received continuous renal replacement therapy at the Hemodialysis Unit of the Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Hospital.
