Abstract

The paper discusses the pathogenetic aspects of the negative consequences of the postprandial hyperglycemia with regard to the epigenetic modifications and the bad hyperglycemic memory. The ways and methods for its elimination are described at the patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus who actively manage the disease at the period of the religious fasting.
