THE DEGREE OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH AUTOIMMUNE LIVER DISEASE AT ITS DIFFERENT STAGES
Abstract
The paper gives the results of a comparative analysis of the degree of anxiety and depression in patients with some autoimmune liver diseases. Moderate overall nervousness, high anxiety, and mild depression are characteristic. Psychoemotional differences have been found at precirrhotic and cirrhotic stages.

THE TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS MANAGEMENT AT THE RELIGIOUS FASTING
Abstract
The paper discusses the pathogenetic aspects of the negative consequences of the postprandial hyperglycemia with regard to the epigenetic modifications and the bad hyperglycemic memory. The ways and methods for its elimination are described at the patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus who actively manage the disease at the period of the religious fasting.

A UNIVERSAL PROCEDURE FOR PERSONIFIED ASSESSMENT OF THE RESULTS OF TREATMENT IN ORTHOPEDIC TRAUMA PATIENTS
Abstract
The authors propose a procedure to interpret the indicators of rating scales in determining the results of treatment, including for patients with initially limited functional capacities. The universality of the developed procedure and its efficiency are demonstrated with the examples of patients with knee, hip, and shoulder joint disorders.

L-CARNITINE AND CARBONYLATION OF EJACULATE PROTEINS IN INFERTILITY
Abstract
L-carnitine therapy in idiopathic infertile men was accompanied by the reduced rate of generation of carbonyl adducts of ejaculate proteins, by the suppression of lipid peroxidation processes and the normalized activity of α-glucosidase, an indicator of DNA fragmentation. The findings are of inter-est in the context of searching for molecular targets to correct reproductive pathology.

SYSTEMIC INFLAMMATORY RESPONSE SYNDROME AND A POSSIBLE WAY OF ITS CORRECTION IN ACUTE PANCREATITIS
Abstract
High mortality rates from acute pancreatitis (AP) remain one of the relevant problems of current urgent surgery. A fetal outcome in the first disease period arises from the development of systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiorgan dysfunction due to the release of the inflammatory mediators cytokines in peripheral circulation. The possibilities of pharmacological correction of complications in the first period of AP have been studied.

TYPES AND DYNAMICS OF LOCAL SKIN INJURIES TO PATIENTS IN PLACES, WHICH ARE PRODUCED INJECTIONS OF MEDICINES
Abstract
Describes the clinical picture of skin iatrogenic diseases, which is result in the injection of medicines. It is shown that the disease occurs because of a puncture of the skin, irritant effects of drugs and bleeding in skin and subcutaneous fat. The disease is characterized with acute local inflammation and bleeding in skin and subcutaneous fat. Describes etiology, pathogenesis, possible options, complications, methods and means for the treatment and prevention of injecting disease.

GENDER ANTHROPOMETRIC AND HORMONAL FEATURES IN METABOLIC SYNDROME
Abstract
Results of the study suggest that women with coronary heart disease (CHD) and metabolic syndrome (MS) are higher than men's, indicators of general and abdominal obesity - body mass index and waist circumference. Gender-specific characteristics of body composition of middle-aged patients with CHD and MS may be due to a decrease in circulating androgens in men and estrogen in women.
