SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ACUTE CALCULOUS CHOLECYSTITIS IN II TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY. CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS

Abstract

Pregnant - one of the most vulnerable groups in the structure of surgical patients. In developed countries, extragenital pathology ranks first in the causes of maternal mortality. According to epidemiological studies 3-6% of pregnant women suffer from cholelithiasis. Approximately 0,05-0,1% of pregnant women hospitalized in surgical departments with acute calculous cholecystitis. Under our supervision was sick, which was performed cholecystectomy of «mini-access» for acute obstructive purulent calculous cholecystitis in 24 weeks gestation with uncomplicated pregnancy after surgery and birth of a child in appointed time.
