Abstract

Sore throat caused by tonsillopharyngitis in the vast majority of cases is a very frequent reason people visit their doctor. Symptomatic therapy aimed mainly at relieving pain plays a large role in the treatment of tonsillopharyngitis. The local nonsteroidal ant-inflammatory drug flurbiprofen has the high efficacy and safety established in evidence-based clinical trials.
