Abstract

Secondary tumors are extremely rare in the pattern of malignant laryngeal tumors. The paper describes a case of clear cell renal carcinoma metastasis to the thyroid and larynx, which leads to upper airway stenosis, and the challenges the authors have faced when verifying the pathological process and provides a rationale for the choice of surgical treatment.
