Abstract

Giant cell arteritis ran predominantly involving the ophthalmic arteries in the described clinical observation. Thorough collection of history data and evaluation of the clinical symptoms of the disease in conjunction with the results of up-to-date instrumental studies have allowed a correct diagnosis.
