Аннотация

Представлен опыт применения малоинвазивных хирургических технологий при поражении пищевода на фоне системного заболевания соединительной ткани. Клинический пример наглядно демонстрирует значимость своевременной диагностики стриктуры пищевода при CREST-синдроме и свидетельствует о необходимости лечения этой сложной категории больных в крупных многопрофильных стационарах.
