CORRECTION OF COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

Abstract

A total of 126 patients aged 40 to 70 years with type 2 diabetes mellitus were examined and found to have mild or moderate cognitive impairments in 80.9% of cases. Metabolic therapy with Cytoflavin improved cognitive functions, among them opticospatial performance, attention, and memory.
