ДИНАМИКА УРОВНЯ С-КОНЦЕВЫХ ТЕЛОПЕПТИДОВ НА ФОНЕ ТЕРАПИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ ОСТЕОАРТРОЗОМ

Аннотация
Оценивали уровень С-концевых телопептидов, образующихся при деградации коллагена 2-го типа, на фоне 3-месячной терапии с использованием хондроитин сульфата (структум), его комбинации с глюкозамина гидрохлоридом (артра) и препаратом Цель Т у больных остеоартрозом. Лучшие показатели отмечены при гонартрозе, особенно в случае назначения артры на ранних стадиях заболевания, а худшие - при III стадии остеоартроза и его длительности >10 лет.
