Abstract

Elderly and senile people in Russia suffer chronic micronutrient deficiencies. In the context of evidence-based medicine, the authors have analyzed whether there is an association between vitamin status and cognitive impairments (CI) in the elderly. To maintain optimal levels of vitamins using the Alfavit 50+ vitaminmineral complex is a necessary condition for the successful prevention and treatment of CI in elderly patients.
