Abstract

The paper discusses the specific features of acute coronary syndrome in people from old age groups, the impact of senile asthenia and preasthenia on the risk of poor outcomes, and the efficiency of incorporating metabolic cytoprotective drugs and D2/D3 receptor agonists into complex treatment for elderly people with acute coronary syndrome.
