Abstract
The detection of hair self-destructive spectrum diseases often presents difficulties for specialists. The paper gives key clinical, dermatoscopic diagnostic criteria and describes 3 non-classical clinical cases of hair self-destructive diseases, including the rare variant trichoteiromania.
