Мониторинг ВК-вируса у реципиентов в течение 1-го года после аллогенной трансплантации почки

Аннотация

Для оценки частоты наличия ВК-вируса (BKV) в крови и моче у реципиентов аллогенной почки в течение 12 мес после трансплантации обследованы 82 пациента. Проведена количественная оценка уровня ДНК BKV в плазме крови и моче. Установлен более высокий риск развития ВК-нефропатии у пациентов при высоком уровне ВК-вирурии и виремии в течение продолжительного времени.
