Abstract
The article presents current information about bronchiolitis obliteransorganizing pneumonia in children, etiology, pathomorphology, clinical and image-diagnostics of this rare disease. Presents a series of four observations of children with bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia, confirmed at autopsy and in vivo using computed tomography of the thorax high resolution.

THE WORLD PRACTICE IN THE ASSESSMENT OF THE INTERCHANGEABILITY OF BIOENGINEERED DRUGS
Abstract
In this article, main terms and definitions related to biosimilars, generic and original drugs are given. Furthermore, history brief of biotechnical industry rise and development with drugs produced by bio objects is presented. Here, main differences between biosimilars and generic drugs are explained, as well as their difference from brand-name drug. Biotechnical process and main application area of biosimilars are reviewed. Rules and regulations in Russia and EU are analyzed.

CLINICAL AND LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICS OF STUNTING IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
Abstract
The article presents the differential clinical and laboratory and instrumental diagnostics 262 children and adolescents with various forms of dwarfism, in particular patients with idiopathic short stature, pituitary dwarfism and hereditary syndromes, accompanied by dwarfism. Conducted comprehensive analysisof patients with dwarfism various etiologies, demonstrates the dominance of patients with growth hormone deficiency in children with the most severe forms of stunting.

FALLOPIAN TUBE OBSTRUCTION: DIAGNOSIS VERIFICATION
Abstract
A total of 285 laparoscopically operated patients with infertility of various origin were retrospectively studied. Substantial differences were found between the rate of presumptive and intraoperatively established diagnoses. Laparoscopy that is not only of high diagnostic value, but also a highly effective treatment for different types of female fertility should be performed without making a preliminary isolated examination of the patency of fallopian tubes.

MEDICATION AS POSSIBILITY OF FUNCTIONAL REHABILITATION’S IMPROVEMENT IN STROKE PATIENTS
Abstract
An influence of Dusopharm on functional rehabilitation in stroke patients has been studied. We’ve analysed the results of treatment of 650 ischemic stroke patients. The functional rehabilitation was followed up using Barthel, Lindmark, Scandinavian and Merton and Sutton scales, psychoemotional condition - Beck Depression Questionnaire and Wakefield Depression Scale, quality of life - Sickness Impact Profile. The results of the study revealed that the use of Dusopharm was well founded in the treatment of stroke patients for increase a functional rehabilitation and improvement of psychoemotional condition and the quality of life.

IMPACT OF THE LEVEL OF GENERAL PRACTITIONERS’ KNOWLEDGE ON THE QUALITY OF DIAGNOSIS OF UNCONTROLLED ASTHMA IN A POLYCLINIC
Abstract
General practitioners’ knowledge of current guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of uncontrolled asthma in a polyclinic was studied. Their knowledge level was detected to be low. A clear correlation was found between physicians’ knowledge and the quality of early diagnosis and treatment of uncontrolled asthma.

A NOVEL COMBINED TOPICAL AGENT FOR THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC VULVOVAGINITIS

FUNCTIONAL IMMUNOMORPHOLOGY OF THE SPLEEN DURING ANTIPSYCHOTIC THERAPY
Abstract
There are signs of suppressed splenic immune function in response to the side effects of neuroleptics during their treatment for as long as 6 months. Thereafter, the above function stabilizes. The intake of antipsychotic medications over 5 years is accompanied by a progressive reduction in the body’s adaptation potential.
