Аннотация
Приведен обзор литературы об участии нейротрофического фактора головного мозга (BDNF) в патогенезе многих заболеваний центральной нервной системы. Представлены результаты исследований, показывающие корреляционную связь между дефицитом в тканях мозга и крови BDNF и нейродегенеративными заболеваниями, такими как болезнь Альцгеймера, Хантингтона, Паркинсона, гипоксия, головные боли и мигрени, нарушения психоэмоционального статуса. Показано, что BDNF может служить маркером прогноза течения заболеваний и оценки эффективности лечения.
