Аннотация
Болезнь минимальных изменений является морфологической основой наиболее распространенного в детском возрасте варианта нефротического синдрома, чувствительного к терапии кортикостероидами. В статье рассматриваются вопросы иммунопатогенеза заболевания, стероидной, симптоматической и иммуносупрессивной терапии.
