NEPHROTIC SYNDROME IN MINIMAL CHANGE DISEASE

Abstract

Minimal change disease is a morphological basis for the most common type of childhood nephrotic syndrome sensitive to corticosteroid therapy. The paper considers the immunopathogenesis of the disease, as well as steroid, symptomatic, and immunosuppressive therapies.
