Аннотация
Представлены результаты исследования антиаритмической и гипотензивной эффективности соталола, применяемого на протяжении 12 нед у 34 больных артериальной гипертензией (АГ) в сочетании с фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП). При недостаточной эффективности лечения добавляли комбинацию индапамида и периндоприла. Согласно полученным данным, терапия соталолом может с успехом применяться у больных АГ I-II степени и пароксизмальной формой ФП как средство противоаритмической терапии и эффективного снижения АД.
