Аннотация
Проанализированы данные последних лет о возможной роли эстрогенов в развитии колоректального рака (КРР). Ядерные рецепторы эстрогена, эстрогеновые рецепторы-β, преимущественно продуцируемые в эпителии толстой кишки, обеспечивают дифференцировку и регенерацию кишечного эпителия, тогда как недостаток этих рецепторов, наблюдаемый в тканях толстой кишки при КРР, ведет к нарушению дифференцировки, снижению апоптоза и способствует развитию опухоли и ухудшению прогноза заболевания.
