Аннотация
Рассмотрены принципы ведения пациентов с сочетанием таких видов патологии, как ишемическая болезнь сердца, артериальная гипертензия (АГ) и их закономерный итог - хроническая сердечная недостаточность (ХСН). В качестве возможного варианта медикаментозной коррекции предлагается комбинация периндоприла и амлодипина. Она удобна в применении, улучшает качество жизни пациента и повышает его приверженность лечению. Описано клиническое наблюдение включения в раннем постинфарктном периоде в комплексную терапию пациентки, страдающей АГ и ХСН, комбинированного лекарственного средства Престанс.
