Аннотация
Рассматриваются патогенез, клиника, диагностика и методы лечения портальной билиопатии - осложнения, которое выявляется главным образом у больных с внепеченочной обструкцией воротной вены и сопровождается структурными аномалиями желчных путей и варикозным расширением вен холедоха.
