Аннотация
У 90% пациентов боль в горле носит инфекционный характер. Выбирая способ ее лечения, исходят из клинической оценки состояния в целом, данных вспомогательных тестов и анамнеза. Лечение, как правило, -симптоматическое. Антибактериальная терапия при острой боли в горле необходима только 10-20% больных, но в нашей стране ее назначают гораздо чаще.
