Аннотация
Локальное и системное применение противоспаечных средств в большинстве клинических исследований не привело к удовлетворительным результатам, а некоторые препараты так и не вышли из стадии экспериментальных исследований. Сохраняется множество нерешенных проблем в описании патогенеза спаечной болезни и использовании методов ее профилактики, основанных на патогенетических механизмах.
