Аннотация

Дивертикулярная болезнь толстого кишечника часто протекает бессимптомно, выраженные клинические проявления возникают только при развитии осложнений - воспаления, абсцедирования или перфорации. Симптомы болезни разнообразны и неспецифичны, что требует разработки более совершенных методов диагностики. Лечение при данной патологии возможно как амбулаторное, так и стационарное - консервативное или оперативное, в зависимости от выраженности клинических проявлений и тяжести состояния пациентов. Приведен обзор существующих методов диагностики и лечения дивертикулярной болезни и ее осложнений.
