Аннотация

Интраабдоминальная гипертензия, а также синдром интраабдоминальной гипертензии часто сочетаются с острым панкреатитом, сепсисом, кишечной непроходимостью, что ведет к повышению смертности пациентов. Тем не менее регулярный мониторинг внутрибрюшного давления проводится только в критических ситуациях, а не на постоянной основе. Мониторинг внутрибрюшного давления в послеоперационном периоде необходим для предотвращения развития осложнений и снижения уровня смертности.
