Аннотация
Представлен редкий клинический случай вазоспастической реакции после введения ботулотоксина типа А (БТ-А) по эстетическим показаниям в область лба и глабеллы. Проанализированы данные литературы, в которых описываются подобные случаи; обсуждаются возможные механизмы, лежащие в основе действия БТ-А на сосудистый тонус.
