RESULTS OF 50% SELECTIVE PENILE DENERVATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PRIMARY PREMATURE EJACULATION

In 2005 to 2011, patients with primary premature ejaculation (n=38) underwent selective penile denervation with disintegrity of 50% of the penile dorsal nerves. The intervention performed could prevent impaired ejaculation in 89,5% of the patients. Postoperative complications (subcutaneous hematomas) were noted in 5,3% of the cases.
