The paper discusses the impact of antihypertensive therapy that not only effectively lowers blood pressure to the target level, but also improves quality of life (QOF) and exercise tolerance on QOF in patients with arterial hypertension concurrent with atherosclerotic lesions of lower extremity and coronary arteries.
