Addition of Coraxan in a daily dose of 10-15 mg to standard antianginal therapy in acute coronary syndrome patients prone to hypotension and, in this connection, the complexity of titration of β-adrenoblockers promoted an increase in exercise endurance, a reduction in the number of angina attacks, achievement of normocardia, without additionally lowering blood pressure, as well as a decrease in the frequency of ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias. The test drug was noted to be well tolerated.
