The paper considers the pathogenetic, clinical, and rehabilitation aspects of stroke. It emphasizes the dynamics of neuroplastic processes, their role in rehabilitation, and the value of impaired cerebral connections. The ypical errors that slow down the recovery of motor functions are discussed.
