Аннотация
Иммуноглобулин для внутривенного введения относится к числу лекарственных препаратов, наиболее часто используемых по незарегистрированным показаниям, в том числе в акушерстве. Обзор опубликованных клинических исследований и метаанализов не позволяет рекомендовать его применение у женщин с привычным невынашиванием беременности неясной этиологии, у беременных женщин с антифосфолипидным синдромом и для улучшения результатов экстракорпорального оплодотворения при неудаче имплантации в анамнезе. Применение иммуноглобулина для внутривенного введения по этим показаниям рассматривается экспертами как исследовательское и рекомендуется только в рамках рандомизированных клинических исследований.
