Abstract
The article justifies the approach, according to which in order to achieve a fair structure of public life, it is necessary to ensure the full implementation in reality of the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The most acute issue of achieving justice is in relation to judicial activity. Therefore, the task of constitutionalization Russian justice comes to the fore here. This process is investigated in the scope of the legislative branch and in the scope of the judicial branch and on this basis the main ways to solve this problem are determined.
