ВЛИЯНИЕ ТРЕВОГИ, СТРЕССА И ПСИХИЧЕСКИХ ТРАВМ НА ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ И ТЕЧЕНИЕ АЛКОГОЛЬНОЙ ЗАВИСИМОСТИ

Аннотация

С целью определения связи между тревожными расстройствами, стрессами, психологическими травмами и злоупотреблением алкоголем было обследовано 135 пациентов. У 54 (40%) из них были выявлены тревожные и депрессивные симптомы, у 31 (23%) ‒ тревожные расстройства в анамнезе, в структуре которых преобладали панические атаки (77%), в большинстве случаев имевших вторичную природу (71%). Вопреки первичной гипотезе исследования, панические атаки улучшали течение алкоголизма и увеличивали продолжительность ремиссий. Определены основные стрессовые и психотравмирующие факторы, способствующие началу злоупотребления алкоголем и формированию алкогольной зависимости.
