Общая информация о платных услугах, доступных авторам журнала

  • Подача и рассмотрение — бесплатные. Редакция журнала принимает и отбирает для публикации рукописи статей от авторских коллективов на бесплатной основе. Подача статьи, рассмотрение и рецензирование не требуют каких-либо обязательных платежей.
  • Подготовка статей к публикации — платная. Поданные в инициативном порядке авторами и одобренные редакционной коллегией статьи публикуются на платной основе. Издатель будет требовать плату за подготовку к публикации, которая позволяет покрывать расходы издательства на редакционно-издательскую подготовку, публикацию, распространение и индексацию произведений, развивать журнал.

 

Плата за подготовку к публикации взимается издательством только после одобрения рукописи редакционной коллегией, и не влияет на принятие решения редакционной коллегией, не влияет на качество отбора рукописей и уровень требовательности рецензентов и редакторов к произведениям. Редакционная коллегия обладает полной свободой и независимостью в вопросах отбора материалов для публикации в журнале.

This journal charges the following author fees.

Publishing Fees

Price: 700.00 (USD)

Mandatory Payment

Publishing Fees are charged to authors to make their work available online. This fee may be paid by the author, the author’s institution, or their research funder. The journal charges Publishing Fees to cover the costs involved in the publication process, from administrating peer-review to copyediting and hosting the final article on dedicated servers. 

Authors are only eligible to pay Publishing Fees only after receiving official notification from the editors that their article has been accepted for publication.

Waiver policy

Waiver policy

An author's team can apply to the Editor-in-Chief for Publishing Fees cancellation or for a discount. We don't want the need for payment to become a barrier to publishing high-quality work in our journal.

To receive a discount, a member of the author team should submit a written collective request to the publisher for a discount on Publishing Fees, along with a justification for their request.

The decision on whether to grant a discount and its amount is made jointly by the editor-in-chief and the publisher's management based on the author's request. If the discount is approved, authors will be informed of the final cost and further payment instructions.

Discounts are available for all paid publishing services (Immediate Open Access Charge, Fast-Track protocol, Publishing Fees) as part of the Peer-Reviewer Rewards Program.

Readers without a subscription may still purchase individual issues. The following payment options and fees are available.

Access for an Issue: 115.00 (USD)

You can purchase the access for all articles published in one issue. Access to articles will be provide for an unlimited time.

Access to issue allows you to read, download and print full text (PDF and HTML) of all articles, but does not allow to distribute, copy or reproduce articles materials until the end of the embargo period (3 years) since the publication of the article).

Article Purchase

You can purchase the access for the article to read, download and print its fulltext (PDF, HTML). Access to article will be provide for an unlimited time.
