ЛАПАРОСКОПИЧЕСКАЯ НЕФРЭКТОМИЯ У ЖИВОГО ДОНОРА ДЛЯ ТРАНСПЛАНТАЦИИ ПОЧКИ

Аннотация

С каждым годом в мире неуклонно растет число пациентов с терминальной стадией хронической почечной недостаточности (ХПН). Данная группа больных нуждается в проведении заместительной почечной терапии - перитонеального диализа, программного гемодиализа и пересадки почки, которая является оптимальным способом лечения таких пациентов. Пересадка почки от живого донора по сравнению с трансплантацией трупной почки имеет значительные преимущества по отдаленной функции почечного трансплантата и выживаемости реципиентов. Используемый ранее способ забора почки - открытая нефрэктомия - имеет свои недостатки, связанные с травматичностью доступа, долгим периодом восстановления донора. С развитием малоинвазивных технологий был разработан способ лапароскопической нефрэктомии у живого донора, который на сегодняшний момент оказался оптимальным методом забора почечного трансплантата. В обзоре дана оценка особенностей и результатов лапароскопической нефрэктомии у живого донора для трансплантации почки.
