Abstract
The problem of synthesis of a closed system of maintaining the unmeasured indoors temperature in the presence of uncontrolled disturbances is now in consideration. Synthesis of control system is reduce to independent solution of the problems of synthesis of the state observer and synthesis of the state regulator.
