Abstract
By hierarchy consideration of multi-agent decision support system of the enterprises group a basic level is the bottom level of active elements of the system functioning in the heterogeneous market environment. In given article features of existing models of active elements are investigated and requirements to active elements the systems conducting to working out of new formal model are formulated.
