Structural modeling of process of methodical induction heating

Abstract


Complex of the finite cylinders discretely moving from an input to an output with one control action in the form of power of internal sources of heat is considered as subject to control. Transfer functions of object with the distributed parameters in relation to the concentrated control action and perturbations in the form of a stream of heat losses are found. The structural model of the distributed object is offered as a complex of the finite cylinders with general surface of contact at the end,, considering presence of a heat transfer from surfaces due to a difference of temperatures of bounding workpieces.
