Abstract
Basic provisions of development idea of the new designing conception of automated control
systems by the enterprises resources (so-called ERP-systems), which distinctive feature from
existing ones is application of the classical automatic control theory methods for the analysis
and synthesis of models, criteria and algorithms of management of the financial and economic
enterprises activity, are stated. Based on the accounting principles of movement of material
and financial streams of the company the example of the enterprise model creation by conditions
space method is given.
