Resumo

The article considers the prerequisites for the emergence of pH-neutral cleaning liquids and modern requirements for them. The information is also provided on the distinctive features and characteristics of Hydronol N18 pH-neutral liquid and the experience of its use in Russian radio-electronic equipment production.
