Abstract

Nowadays drug safety monitoring is one of the most important problems in general practice. Therefore pharmacotherapy in patients with cardiovascular diseases should be thoroughly controlled. Our research revealed lack of records about drug tolerance and side effects in medical documentation of hospitalized patients, which is unsatisfactory from the point of view of the requirements of medicine modernization.
