详细
To educidate the role of gene polymorphisms of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), angiotensinogen (ATG) and angiotensin II type 1 receptor (ATR1) as risk factors of chronic heart failure 100 patients were included in the study: 80 with coronary heart disease, 10 with arterial hypertension and 10 healthy volunteers. No correlation was found between ID gene polymorphism of АСГ, MT gene polymorphism of ATG and AC gene polymorphism of ATR1 with the risk of development of heart failure in coronary heart disease and arterial hypertension.
